These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the services offered by Precious Printing, including graphic design, printing, event management, and bulk SMS services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with the terms outlined below.

1. Services

We provide customized design, printing, promotional, and communication services. All services are subject to availability and acceptance of your order request. We reserve the right to reject or cancel any project based on our discretion.

2. Orders & Payment

• All orders must be confirmed in writing or through official communication.
• Advance payment or full payment may be required before the commencement of work.
• Pricing is based on project requirements, quantity, and design complexity.

3. Turnaround Time

Estimated delivery timelines will be shared upon order confirmation. Delays caused by incorrect files, late payments, or third-party dependencies are not our responsibility.

4. Design Approvals

Clients are responsible for approving the final design before production. Once approved, we are not liable for any spelling mistakes, color changes, or layout errors.

5. Bulk SMS Usage

• Clients must ensure their content complies with TRAI and legal marketing standards.
• We are not liable for message failures caused by incorrect numbers, DND filters, or operator restrictions.

6. Event Management

For events, clients must provide all required inputs, approvals, and access in a timely manner. Delays or changes requested at the last minute may affect execution and cost.

7. Intellectual Property

All design concepts created by Precious Printing remain our intellectual property unless agreed otherwise. Clients may use final deliverables for personal or business use only.

8. Cancellations & Refunds

• Orders cancelled after project initiation may incur partial or full charges.
• No refunds will be processed for completed or approved designs or SMS services once executed.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service.

10. Modifications

Precious Printing reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in your local city/state.
